As a Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to solve critical business challenges tied to customer acquisition, retention, and competitive positioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Operations, and Engineering) to deliver data-driven solutions that directly impact our bottom line.

As a Data Scientist , you'll be responsible for
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze customer journey data to identify friction points in the conversion funnel.
- Design and implement A/B tests, causal inference models, and predictive analytics to improve website and campaign performance.
- Partner with Growth to translate insights into actionable strategies for increasing lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Pricing Strategy & Competitive Analysis
- Develop machine learning models to assess price elasticity and sensitivity across customer segments.
- Monitor competitor pricing dynamics and recommend data-driven pricing adjustments to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with Product teams to align pricing strategies with customer value perception.
- Customer Experience & Sentiment Analysis
- Apply NLP techniques to analyze customer feedback, surveys, and support interactions.
- Identify pain points in the user experience and provide actionable recommendations to reduce churn and improve satisfaction.
- Build predictive models to anticipate customer needs and personalize engagement.
- Paid Media Efficiency
- Evaluate ROI of digital marketing campaigns (Google Search, Paid ads) using attribution modeling and multi-touchpoint analysis.
- Optimize budget allocation by identifying high-performing channels, keywords, and audience segments.
- Forecast customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to inform marketing strategies.
- Advanced Analytics & Innovation
- Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, capacity management, and dynamic pricing.
- Explore AI/ML opportunities to enhance product recommendations, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
- Document methodologies and present findings to stakeholders in clear, business-oriented terms.
What will make us choose you?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with ML pipelines, A/B testing frameworks, and NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
- Business Acumen:
- Ability to align technical work with business KPIs (conversion rates, CAC, LTV).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Communication:
- Strong storytelling skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data science individual contributor roles, preferably in travel tech, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience building ML and predictive models required.
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush).
